Situation:
Armstrong Teasdale LLP, based in St. Louis, is a well-established law firm with more than 270 attorneys operating in 11 locations nationwide and internationally in China. The firm identified Nevada as a desireable new market for the firm to enter, and offices were established in Las Vegas and Reno. CIM Marketing Partners, known for its legal marketing expertise, performed a Strategic Marketing Summit® for the firm to evaluate its current position, business goals and outline recommendations to establish the brand locally in Nevada. While the firm already enjoyed a tremendous reputation and name recognition in the mid-West and other locales, the firm was largely unknown in the Southwest.
Solution:
A comprehensive program was developed and implemented in conjunction with the firm’s home office marketing department, who were completely capable in all marketing disciplines, but they relied on the expertise of CIM Marketing Partners for many efforts. Targeted print advertising, sponsorships, special events and significant public relations efforts have resulted in documented name recognition and presence in Nevada. Specifically, the firm enjoys an array of legal business throughout the Southwest, and its Nevada offices have grown to include a dozen talented attorneys.
