Nevada Title Company—Brand Modification, Public Relations Focus
Situation:
Nevada Title Company is among the largest title insurance companies in the Southwest, operating from its headquarters in Las Vegas. The parent company also has subsidiary companies offering various other real estate products and services. After decades of tremendous growth and expansion, the company sought a true partner in strategic marketing to solidify the brand and provide a comprehensive approach to marketing. The president was simply tired of fragmented efforts, ranging from internal efforts to failed relationships with other marketing partners.
Solution:
CIM Marketing Partners quickly brought itself up to speed on the company’s specific business goals, operations and key personnel. The first imperative was to perform a slight brand modification to the logo/tagline and the business stationery system. This freshened brand “look and feel” was then applied to a high-end corporate brochure, a high-end piece appropriate to send out with million dollar proposals. Separately, a print ad campaign was designed to continue building name recognition among the various target audiences. While the identity update and marketing collateral design projects were underway, the public relations team at CIM Marketing Partners began its work. A multi-pronged approach was applied, consisting of various media angles to maximize coverage. News releases of personnel additions, for example, appeared weekly in the business press. Larger story pitches (big projects, industry trends, etc.) served to showcase Nevada Title Company in larger stories. Today, more than ever, Nevada Title Company is recognized not only as the locally owned title insurance company in Nevada, but also as a company with national recognition.
